Long-standing OBCN member, Melanie Greene, Occupational Psychologist will be delivering an interactive workshop around Personal Resilience.
Are you:
- Finding 2021 tough going?
- Feeling stuck, despondent?
- On the lockdown rollercoaster of emotions?
- Losing sleep at night?
Do you want to find a way of managing your mood and mind, so that you can be resilient regardless of your situation, and find a way to thrive?
Too many people, even under normal circumstances, think being resilient is about ‘hanging on in there’. My determination for my own and my clients’ lives is that we thrive versus merely survive in our daily lives.
If you want to find out how to do this, then join us on Monday 22 February, 12.30 – 3.30pm.
This includes 30 minutes of optional networking in breakout rooms at 12.30pm and then the workshop will start promptly at 1pm.
Melanie Greene – I am an Occupational Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner, and I believe passionately in practising what I preach.
